Who is the platform for?
It is designed for schools that want clearer operations, academic follow-up and communication with families and students.
Which spaces are available?
Sahel School includes web administration, a teacher web/app space, a parent app and a student app.
How are the spaces different?
The web administration runs the school. The teacher web/app supports academic work. The parent app follows the child. The student app gives students useful school information.
What are SSMail and SSChats for?
SSMail supports official mail and structured exchanges, while SSChats supports faster conversations between authorized school actors.
Can parents follow grades, report cards and attendance?
Yes, when the school activates and fills in this information, parents can follow their child from the parent app.
Can students view their school information?
Yes, students can view the information made available by the school, including rhythm, grades, attendance and useful messages.
Can teachers work from web and mobile?
Yes, the teacher space combines web and app use to organize the day, enter key information and keep classroom continuity.
Can the same user access several schools?
Yes, when a profile is linked to several schools, the same account can reach its school-based access. A teacher can work with several schools; a parent can follow children enrolled in different schools, with data separated by school and granted permissions.
How are profiles and avatars used?
Profiles and avatars help identify users in the interfaces and are displayed according to available data and role permissions.
How are sensitive accesses protected?
Access is limited by role and by school. Web administration can also use stronger verification, such as Authenticator-based MFA, to better protect sensitive actions.
Is data separated by role?
Yes, each profile accesses only the information intended for them or authorized by the school, including when one account has several school links.
