Proper account use

Each account must be used by the person or profile it was created for. Credentials are personal and must remain confidential; when stronger verification is requested, the user must complete it.

School responsibilities

• The school configures access, roles and the school information made available.
• It makes sure administrator, teacher, parent and student accounts are assigned correctly.
• It remains responsible for the information entered, validated, published or communicated in the platform.

User responsibilities

• Administrators use the web console to manage the school accurately.
• Teachers enter academic information and communicate professionally.
• Parents and students consult their information and communicate respectfully.

Web and mobile modules

Sahel School combines web and mobile spaces for follow-up, grades, attendance, report cards, schedules, communication and useful information.

SSMail and SSChats

SSMail and SSChats must be used for clear, professional and respectful school exchanges.

Usage limits

• Users must not share accounts without authorization, bypass access rights or extract data outside the intended school context.
• Users must respect the confidentiality of school information.
• Any access or information issue should be reported to the school or Sahel School.
